Patient Flow Analysis (PFA) – To ID baselines, bottlenecks & waste, we deploy statistical software that prepares a snapshot in the day & life of a clinic and measures performance in key areas that affect patient flow and capacity.  

Scrutinize Flow Map & cycle time measurements to clarify & standardize complex processes, (often revealing hidden and unnecessary complexity).  Develop 'cause & effect' (fishbone) diagrams to reveal root cause of impediment in patient flow.  Document teams work functions.
